Reseller / Referral / Affiliate Programs

We have two revenue generating programs available: 1) a referrer / affiliate program, where anyone with a web site qualifies, and 2) a reseller program, which is available for existing clients. The following discusses how each program works, and the differences between them.

Referral / Affiliate Program

For every client you refer to us who purchases one of our linux web hosting packages, (and maintains that account for at least three months), you will receive a one-time referral fee. Currently, the one-time referral fee for the Standard, E-Commerce Order, E-Commerce Lite and E-Commerce Deluxe packages is US$ 25 per client referred; and for the iStarter packages, the referral fee is US$ 10.

In order to participate in this program, you need to have a web site where you can place a link (text or graphic) to our site. The process is similiar to the many thousands of affiliate programs on the web today. After you sign up, we provide you a unique Affiliate ID which you use on your site to link back to us.

The software we employ to track potential clients you send us uses cookies. The cookies stay 'set' for a period of 2 years. This allows you to receive credit for a sale long after you first referred the potential client to us. To further ensure that you receive credit for a sale, we also ask all new clients to tell us from whom they were referred.

To get started, we need you to fill out our affiliate sign-up form. After we reveiw your information, we will e-mail you your unique Affiliate ID and instructions on how to link to us.

Reseller Program

Anyone who purchases our Linux web hosting packages (excluding the iStarter packages) at their respective retail prices automatically qualifies for our reseller program. For the reseller program, you are responsible for collecting payment from your clients. We in turn collect payment from you. We also request that you act as the first point of contact for any questions or help required by your clients. The major benefit of this program is that you may charge your clients any fee you feel is appropriate for your services. We will never contact your clients, unless you request us to do so. The fee schedule is as follows:

Notes

You may use either program. For some clients, you may find it best to let us provide the billing and support, in which case you would use the referral program. For other clients, you may want to charge them extra for additional services, in which case you could use the reseller program. No referral fee will be given if a client is first brought in under the reseller program, and then at a later date changes to the referral program.

We reserve the right to modify our reseller and referral programs at our discretion.
