Miva Empressa is the engine that is loaded onto a server that allows clients to run Miva Scripts. This is also the engine that makes it possible to run Miva Merchant and Miva Order programs.
DNS/Bind Name Server
The DNS/Bind Name Server, DNS Manager, allows you to configure your domain name server giving total control over the name resolution for all domains registered to your Name Servers.
Through a web-based interface, server owners can:
Add/delete records
Make MX record changes
Make Cname changes
Create Pointer (PTR) records
Make Host Name changes
Make Name Server changes
Create unlimited domain aliases (also known as domain parks)
Add virtual DNS

With a GeoTrust QuickSSL Premium Web Server Certificate, you and your customers can conduct secure internet transactions with the trust and confidence you deserve. QuickSSL offers true 128-bit SSL encryption.
A Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate is a seal of trust and security for your web site. It will confirm that your web site is authentic to the internet world, and will encrypt information sent to and from your web site.
You will need an SSL certificate for your web site when you are: conducting business transactions (e-commerce) on your web site, transmitting private and personal information through your web site, and want to certify your web site with a seal of trust and authority.
Hard Drive Backup Solutions
This is a disk-to-disk backup option, and it is ideal for customers who run mission critical sites and require an experienced system administrator to backup all their data daily or weekly on a separate hard drive. Included with this option is a UDMA Backup Hard Drive. This additional backup hard drive is a very cost effective and reliable medium to backup your server data. Also, restoration of data from a disk is much faster and easier than from a tape.

Adding RAM allows you to handle additional resources and can increase server performance.
Managed Services
Custom Software Installation and Configuration: Client must provide configuration instructions.
Extended Server Support: Troubleshooting problems for individual domains as well as fixing/correcting errors within the stipulated monthly support time.
We do not support Application development and configuration, such as configuring commerce software or database applications. We can help troubleshoot the set-up of these; however, we will not control the implementation.
Managed services are provided at the following rates:
2 hrs per month @ US$ 180.00
5 hrs per month @ US$ 360.00
Managed services have a minimum billable period of 15 minutes or US$ 30.
Support Services can also be purchased on a per incident basis at the rate of US$ 120.00/hr.
